Ingredients for 1 large glass:
- 200 ml (skimmed) milk
- 15 gr unsweetened of lightly sweetened Live Puri Chai protein powder
- a little cinnamon for decoration (optional)
Preparation
- Put the milk in a milk frother.
- Add it Live Puri protein powder.
- Heat the milk, if necessary in 2x if your milk foamer is not that big.
- You can also warm the milk in a pan and possibly mix it with a hand and make it airy.
- Pour out, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and enjoy!
