Shipping

If you place your order on working days before 17 pm, we will ship your order the same day. In 99% of cases you will receive your package the next day. We ship all orders with our partner PostNL. We therefore opt for the reliable delivery person (from bicycle, e-scooter to delivery van) and, moreover, for smiling delivery people who deliver your order undamaged and as climate neutral as possible.

Shipping to the Netherlands

You pay extra from 40 euros Live Puri free shipping. If you order less, you pay 3,95 euros for packaging and shipping your package. Usually your package is delivered within 1 working day, but this depends of course on the PostNL deliverers. With the track and trace code that you receive by email, you can always follow your package closely.

Your package will be offered 1x at your home. If you are not at home, your package will be delivered to the neighbors or to an agreed place. From July 2022 you will no longer receive a paper note in your mailbox. If that is not possible, it will be taken to a PostNL service point so that you can pick it up there. You have 1 week to do this. The package will then be brought by PostNL to Live Puri.

Shipping to Belgium

We also ship your package for free to Belgium from 40 euros. If you order less, you pay 3,95 euros for packaging and shipping your order. Within Belgium, your package will usually be delivered within 2 working days by PostNL/BPost's deliverers. You will of course receive a track and trace code by email so that you can track your package.

Your package will be offered 1x at your home. If you are not at home, it will be delivered to neighbors or to a safe place around the house. Otherwise, it will be taken to a BPost pick-up location or parcel machine nearby so that you can pick it up there. You have 1 week to do this. The package will then be returned by PostNL to Live Puri. You will of course be given the opportunity to indicate your preferences to PostNL for each shipment.

Returns

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your order Live Puri. In the unlikely event that something did not go to your satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible via info@livepuri.nl or by telephone on 06-48470205. We will do everything we can to find a solution.

• Products can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt (from delivery date). Register your return via e-mail info@livepuri.nl stating your contact details, your account number, the product to be returned and preferably also the reason (not mandatory).
• You may return a product if it is unopened for health protection and/or hygiene reasons after breaking the seal after delivery. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.
• Costs for returning are for the consumer.
• You are responsible for all returns until they reach our address (Live Puri, Zocherpad 2, 3822TK Amersfoort).
• We will refund the amount paid for the returned product within 14 days.
