For a shake: Mix two level scoops (25 grams) with 250 ml cold water or ice-cold skimmed milk in a shaker. Shake well and you're done! Also delicious in the blender, together with fresh fruit. Pour your shake or smoothie into an ice-cold glass. Tip: put the glass in the freezer for 20 seconds. This way the chai taste comes out even better!
