Crazy banana meal smoothie bowl
You can make the most delicious meal shakes from our Meals: just shake with milk. But variety is always nice! Did you know that you are also incredibly tasty lunch bars can do? Or this crazy banana meal smoothie? It is high in protein, high in fibre, a source of fats and carbohydrates and also contains a portion of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
And you can make it in an instant! You can buy frozen mango and banana in the freezer section of your supermarket, but you can of course also freeze the fruit yourself. Did you know that you can freeze almost all fruit leftovers?
Good against food waste and extremely tasty in all your smoothies!

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 half frozen mango
- tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese
- 30 gram Live Puri meal replacement Vanilla
- splash of your favorite milk (not soy milk)
- kiwi, raspberries and granola (optional)
Preparation
- Mix the mango, quark and powder with a small splash of milk in the blender.
- Add a little milk if your blender or hand blender has trouble blending or if you prefer a more fluid texture.
- Pour into your favorite bowl! Garnish with a little fruit for a nice bite. We chose kiwi and raspberry. And sprinkled some unsweetened nut granola over it.
Of course you can also sprinkle some nuts or seeds on top. Delicious!
