Low-carb waffles
Being able to eat carbohydrate-restricted waffles for breakfast in a responsible way.. It's still something amazing. And that's certainly true when you make them according to this high-protein, low-carb recipe!
Created by Mir, made possible by, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, Steviala drops and Live Puri vanilla protein powder. A combination that cannot fail.
Earlier we shared all our famous protein wafers which you can also make low-carb if you want. Or how about this one Savoury waffles? Waffles are always possible!

Nutritional value
Per wafer: 130 kcal, 9 g carbohydrates, 3 g fat, 16 g proteins.
Total: 391 kcal, 28 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat, 49 g proteins.
Ingredients for 3 waffles:
- 35 grams of oatmeal
- 35 gram Live Puri vanilla protein powder lightly sweetened
- 5 grams baking powder
- 1 egg
- 90 grams of Greek yogurt
- sweet drops butter cake from Steviala
Preparation
- Finely grind the oatmeal.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well together.
- Heat the waffle iron and spray it well.
- Bake the waffles until golden brown and done and enjoy!
