Tropical Berry Smoothie with Coconut and Dates

We can no longer ignore the summer weather and so we are already in a tropical atmosphere! This colorful smoothie is not only delicious as a refreshment, but you can also have it as a lunch or snack. The proteins and dates give you a feeling of satiety, so you can go all afternoon.

Ingredients (for 2 large glasses)

Preparation

  1. Pour the fresh orange juice into the blender and add the frozen blackberries.
  2. Mix it until smooth. In the beginning you put the blender on the highest setting. You build this down to the middle position.
  3. Now add the yoghurt and mix again until smooth.
  4. Now add the pitted dates, blueberries and coconut proteins and set the blender to the middle position.
  5. Finally, add the chia seeds and lemon juice and mix until everything is well combined.
  6. Pour your smoothie into an ice-cold glass. Tip: put the glass in the freezer for 20 seconds. This way the flavors come out even better!
