  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line the baking tin with baking paper or grease it.
  2. Mix the eggs and vanilla curd together until everything is well mixed.
  3. Add the dry ingredients (flour, egg white powder and baking powder) and mix again until there are no more lumps. You now have a nice smooth batter.
  4. Finally, stir in the blueberries and add the batter to the baking tin.
  5. Bake the protein-rich and easy quark bites in the middle of the oven for 45-50 minutes.
