Protein Latte Macchiato
Protein shake, or another coffee for breakfast? This dreamy, creamy protein latte macchiato puts an end to this tricky dilemma. Secretly we are a bit disappointed that we did not come up with this 'recipe' ourselves. Really, it doesn't get much better than this.
Low in carbohydrates, lactose and fat but rich in pure proteins!
The composition makes this protein latte macchiato excellent for anyone with a lactose sensitivity. That's because there's no milk in it and one serving Live Puri contains less than 0,8 grams of lactose. With lower quality protein powders, the lactose content per portion is 2,5 to 5 grams. This recipe is made (and shared) so often that we would like to add this extra inspiration tip: add a scoop of raw cacao (or make it with the chocolate protein powder) for an extra filling and delicious latte macchiato!

Per portion: 104 kcal, 1 g carbohydrates (of which 1 g sugar), 1 g fat, 22 g protein.
Ingredients
- 200 ml water or your favorite milk
- 25 gram Live Puri vanilla unsweetened protein powder of Live Puri natural unsweetened protein powder
- 1 espressos
Preparation
- Mix the water with it Live Puri protein powder. You can do this in one shaker but it can also be done with a blender / immersion blender.
- Heat in a saucepan or microwave while stirring without boiling.
- Pour into a glass and pour in your espresso.
- Enjoy!
