High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
Let's not beat around the bush: Chocolate Chip Cookies are incredibly addictive. And like most addictions, a chocolate chip cookie addiction is not a good thing either. Chocolate Chip Cookies that you buy at the bakery or in the supermarket contain an average of 100(!) grams of sugar per 35 grams. In addition, the base of these cookies is usually nothing more than white flour. The protein content? Virtually zero. Fortunately, you can make protein-rich Chocolate Chip Cookies yourself that no one will realize are actually quite nutritious. The recipe is the result of many baking sessions, tasting and fine-tuning. But, the result is certainly worth it. Enough chitchat, we are going to make sugar-free, fiber-rich and protein-rich Chocolate Chip Cookies!
A little warning up front: this recipe makes BIG cookies. Prefer cookies? Divide the dough by three, four or five.
