Ingredients for 3 servings

  • 2 apples, diced
  • 5 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons (gluten-free) granola
  • 12,5 gr Live Puri vegan protein powder vanilla
  • 80 grams applesauce, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons Steviala Holy Hon sugar free syrup (or maple syrup or honey)
  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 125 ml plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (raw)

Preparation

  1. Mix the chia seeds, applesauce, 2 tablespoons of syrup, coconut milk, vegetable milk, vanilla extract and half a teaspoon of cinnamon together. Stir well with a whisk so that no lumps form.
  2. Pour the mixture into a sealed container and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan (about 1-2 minutes) and add the sliced ​​apples, 1 tablespoon of syrup and cinnamon. Let them cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon the chia pudding into a bowl or bowl, then some granola and top it off with the warm apple.
