Low-carb pizza crust – high in protein

Have you ever made your own pizza dough? Only allow half a day for this because the dough has to rise and rest. And then you have to turn it over and wait again… Not with this protein-rich low-carb pizza crust! You really make these in an instant! Even after the busiest working day you still have energy for this. And it also contains a lot less carbohydrates than a regular pizza dough. Your body will thank you.

The first time this recipe was tested was after a very busy working day. But I was determined. It had to be tested. The usual 'shall we call a pizza delivery boy' and 'this will never work' quickly flew around my ears. The search for the right proportions gave me a lot of laughter. But who laughs last...

And now that the proportions are perfect, the kids can make the dough themselves. Saves me time and this recipe really can't fail. And they think kneading is a super fun assignment! Win win!

Making your own pizza is always very tasty and fun. Everyone can invest their piece according to their taste. But if you can also make a healthy version of it, that's just a bonus, right?
